What is pre-construction?
Connip's pre-construction service is a process we manage when planning a construction project to ensure your project succeeds from the beginning, even before construction takes place. Our service is provided as part of our construction management planning, enabling us to have full control over a project from the beginning and end duration of your project.

The benefits of pre-construction services:
Pre-construction planning has many benefits, including improved stakeholder communication, fewer problems, better solutions, and better value for the client. During our pre-construction service, we uncover efficiencies and opportunities to accelerate and optimise the overall project.
What is included in pre-construction budgeting?
A pre-construction budget estimates the currency required to take a construction project from initiation to completion. All associated costs and expenses accrue during the building process, while the budget is to forecast all project costs.
As the project begins, costs begin to arise. There are labor costs and safety requirements for all site workers, and transportation can be another cost. Budget Management revolves around construction tracking; it is the process of planning.

What is pre-construction scheduling, and why is it important in residential construction projects?
Pre-Construction scheduling organises activities and their sequence in a residential construction project. The process acts as a plan for how the project will be completed.
It organises the activities and tasks, plus the timeframe of the project, including milestones.
Tools such as project management software that include GANTT charts and resource management are key features to control the phases of a residential construction project.
Pre-Construction Risk Management:
Pre-construction risk management is the process of evaluating and implementing procedures to reduce the impact of risks in your construction project. Our process involves thorough planning to create a risk management plan that allows project management to identify, monitor and mitigate risks as they arise.
Five Key factors of Pre-construction risk Management includes:
-
Safety Risks
-
Financial Risks
-
Legal Risks
-
Project Risks
-
Environmental Risks
